Elliott Broderick is the Owner of PMI Motor City and a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker and Certified Public Accountant. Elliott has over 30 years’ experience in managing real estate including commercial, office, multifamily apartment complexes (including student housing), affordable housing and single-family residential properties. In addition to the day to day management responsibilities, Elliott’s background provides a unique understanding of the complicities of property ownership from a tax, financing, accounting and operational standpoint.
Anne Broderick is the Director of Sales and Operations at PMI Motor City. A former restaurant manager and full-time mother, Anne is also an accomplished seamstress with a strong mechanical aptitude. She excels at developing practical solutions to even the most complex maintenance challenges.
